All code, design, content, features, and functionality of ChangerAudio (including but not limited to Pitch Shifter, Tempo Changer, Volume Booster, Reverse Audio, and any future audio tools) are the exclusive property of ChangerAudio and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

3. Permitted Use

You may use ChangerAudio free of charge for personal and commercial purposes, provided that you do not:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute the source code
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Use the service for illegal activities or copyright infringement
• Impersonate or claim affiliation with ChangerAudio
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

4. Audio Processing

All audio processing happens locally in your browser. No files are uploaded to our servers. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to modify any audio files you process through ChangerAudio.

5. Privacy

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ChangerAudio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that audio output will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ChangerAudio be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, or audio quality issues.

8. Exported Files

Exported audio files are provided royalty-free for personal and commercial use. However, you are responsible for ensuring the original audio content does not violate any third-party rights.
